Mountain Bush Honey Suckle
An underused US native that is listed as Threatened in most of its native habitat due to habitat destruction. Growing to about 4’ x 4’ in lightly shaded woodland gardens. Mid green leaves about the size of Forsythia that sometimes develop a bronze blush in summer. Terminal clusters of honeysuckle shaped light yellow blooms appear in mid-summer and last for a long time.
