A spectacular and relatively rare, variegated banana grown for its extraordinary foliage. Large, paddle-shaped leaves emerge splashed and streaked with green, cream and vivid pink, with each new leaf producing a slightly different pattern. A vigorous upright grower to about 5’, it makes a dramatic statement for tropical combination containers. Give it bright light to part sun, warmth, rich well-drained soil, regular water and feeding during active growth. Protect from frost and overwinter indoors or in a warm greenhouse. It’s a banana that apparently decided green wasn’t quite enough!
