ORIGANUM
Rosenkuppel

A beautiful ornamental oregano grown more for its looks than its usefulness in the kitchen. Slender stems carry aromatic, purple-flushed foliage topped with clusters of tiny purple flowers and showy reddish-purple bracts from summer into fall. Growing about 18–24" tall, it is wonderful weaving through sunny containers or spilling informally at the edge of a planting. Full sun and excellent drainage are the keys. Bees and other pollinators love the flowers. Save the pizza for another oregano. Hardy perennial Z6
