Salvias are annuals and tender perennials growing in height from 18 - 48 inches in one season. Most bloom throughout the summer well into fall. Use them in mixed containers and in garden beds or as cut flowers. Many perform late in the season and are great season extenders. Plant in full sun in average well-drained soil. Remove spent blooms for best appearance.
